My husband doesn't like scented candles, and I can be pretty picky, but someone gave me one of these and I had it burning in the bathroom. FIRST time EVER - 28 years together - my husband said "you could buy more of those." I was so surprised. I really like the scent as well - clean, like an aromatherapy steam room.

These smell wonderful, relaxing but not overpowering scents. The wooden wick makes it burn more evenly than other candles, you just need to keep it trimmed. I thought these were a bit expensive but I have to say that they really last. Because they burn evenly there is barely any leftover wax and that gives these extra burning time.

I like the hint of menthol these put out, and if left to burn in my bedroom for a few minutes they do a fantastic job of dispersing the scent. That's what I buy Root candles for, and they work as advertised.
